  • Reduce heat transmission to the rider and passenger by routing the exhaust under the frame instead of under the seat
  • Lighter system that offers more flow and makes more top-end power than the factory system
  • Feature 13/4??" 16-gauge mandrel bent, interconnected headers and 220??? full-coverage heat shields
  • Front pipe crosses over to the left side and is securely mounted to the transmission oil pan
  • Crossover pipe is formed from the 17/8??" tubing for increased ground clearance and no cross-sectional area loss
  • Hidden interconnect for maximum top-end horsepower, improved low-end torque and sound dampening
  • Headers systems are available in a high-gloss chrome finish and full-coverage heat shields are finished in black Jet-Hot??? high-performance coating with chrome-plated headers
  • PART #s 1802-0121 and 1802-0252 include two 18mm O2 sensor ports, plugs and all mounting hardware
  • Header systems accept any 95-16 OEM-style dresser mufflers (sold separately)
